Looking back on a successful fair
The Rotterdam + Regio housing exchange was very well attended and for Stack the weekend was a success. Through the model and a large new image of the tower, many people have become acquainted with Stack. In addition, both the Mullerpier and the possible views from Stack have been presented in a film. So you see that living on the Mullerpier is really living in the lee of the center.
Feedback co-creation session
On June 21th, we organized a co-creation session. We welcomed many interested people who got to see the first results of our plans. We listened to their housing preferences and questions and are now trying to incorporate all comments and preferences into the design to the extent possible.
Update: Preliminary design Stack
Last summer, we continued to finalize the plans for the new landmark in the Lloydkwartier, resulting in a series of new drawings and more information on the various types of residences.
Before long, a remarkable eye-catcher will complement the Rotterdam skyline. Stack will be the luxury residential tower situated at the Müllerpier, designed by CONIX RDBM Architects and developed by Blauwhoed and AM. Will Stack prove to be a pleasant surprise? Absolutely, says Mira Gajic, the architect and head of design at CONIX RDBM Architects enthusiastically.
Well visited inspiration meeting Rotterdam West
The inspiration meeting, organised by Wonen in Rotterdam, on Tuesday 30th of oktober was a big succes. During the evening, in the Sparta Stadium , visitors got a good picture of how live in Delfshaven is. Stack was also present!
Monumental art gets its place in Stack
The mural "Childeren in the forrest" by Dolf Henkes, which previously decorated a wall of the former hospital 'Dijkzigt', gets its place in Stack. The hospital now called 'Erasmus MC', is moved to a new building and the old one is being demolished. In this way the art is being saved for the future. The mural gets its place in the spacious entrance of the residential tower Stack. Before it can be placed, it has to be removed accurately from the wall. This happens by the so called 'strappo' method. The mural is being saved in parts. It will certainly be at least 2021 before this piece of art can be admired again. Then by a smaller audience, the residents and vistors of the residential tower Stack.
